We're staying for 5 nights, with a voucher that we purchased on line, in a 2 BR cabin, traveling with two very young children. Even in the park, there was things to do with the kids, and the facilities are in good repair and the staff friendly. Located right on the beach, it's a quick walk and suddenly your making damages with the kids, and they're paddling around in the water and collecting shells. The games room is a little ordinary, but it really is an afterthought for why you should be staying here.

Addendum: at the end of our five days, the initial impression stands!

Great for the kids, my kids loved the karts and the beach.
We stayed in a trailer and it was good, kids had the bunks in one bedroom and parents in the other.
It was also nice to sit on the deck outside to have a drink once the kids were in bed.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating
We will definitely come back and I highly recommend this place.

Terrific, cost effective way to really enjoy Phillip Island. Staff are very friendly and our cabin is perfect for our family of four. The only thing that would make it better would be a pool or water play area for the little ones and a cafe/take away shop. The beach is on your doorstep.

My partner and I and our 2 friends went to Big 4 caravan park. We arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday. Our trip was absolutely perfect. We stayed in “3 Bedroom deluxe cabin”. My whole family and I are travelers, and I’ve never been to such a clean environment. The cabin beds were beautiful! To wake up to bright and shiny, quiet morning to hear waves. 10/10 on this beautiful caravan park. Highly recommended!!

Nothng really wrong but it was expensive compared to RACV at Inverloch and the facilities are much better there. No views at all.

We had an awesome time there the other weekend. Love that we could walk to the beach so easily. The service was really friendly unlike some I've been to. Only complaint was the kids gaming room. When you hear that mentioned you don't expect them to be charging for games but I guess ya gotta make a buck somehow eh.

Great places for a getaway with the kids. Close to a beach and the rest of the attractions on the island.

Just got home from the long weekend and our first experience at your Caravan park. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Our cabin was clean and functional. My only concern would be the kids riding their bikes around the park. I don't have a problem with the bikes, just in high traffic areas (the front where the boom gate is) I think should be banned from cyclists as there doesn't seem to be much care for the drivers (who are always going slow) trying to come in and out. Maybe a no go zone could be put there. Also there were a lot of kids not wearing helmets when it's stipulated that they must. Overall, we will be back.

Visited at Christmas peak and we were given a strip of road as our site. These sites were meant for RV's (winnebagos etc) and our particular site didn't even have provision for an awning. We clearly stated when we booked that we had a caravan and annex, but were given this hugely inappropriate site. Upon complaining I was offered the emergency site which was a gravel road as they were booked out which was a walkway to the jumping pillow. Had to decide to like it or lump it, and as there was no alternatives, we just made do.
We felt like we had been jammed in and if we didn't like it, stiff.

The male shower was extremely poor and verged on dangerous. The difference between boiling hot and stone cold was a very small adjustment of the tap.It appeared the hot water was almost like gravity feed in old houses. It was not safe to let children control their own shower, meaning I took 3 showers a day!!
There was a bad water hammer issue also which affected the shower pressure as well. A father in the next cubicle lamented them as the worst showers ever, and I would agree.
We would not stay here again.

Always a pleasure visiting here. The only thing I'd request is better more maintained push buggies for the kids. My kids had a bit of a hard time with them, wobbly seats, steering wheels out of alignment. It was not a big concern, just some feedback for you. I would otherwise definitely recommend anyone looking for a ripper place to stay that is family friendly.

Our first stay in a Big 4, Phillip Island definitely lives up to the hype. Cabin was very comfortable, especially for very cold nights. Kids loved the play areas. It was great having your own little kitchen in the cabin to prepare meals, but I was also impressed with the main camp kitchen.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
We chose Big 4 Phillip Island for the location, and it was an excellent choice. Even in the cold winter, the walk along the beach was wonderful, seeing all the wildlife running around. Very quick trip to all the Phillip Island attractions, and local shops were in easy walking distance.
