Amazing food, reasonably priced and outstanding service. Nice atmosphere and obviously good beers.
They were so great with the kids. Going above and beyond.

Went here for dinner with friends and four kids between us. Staff were so good with the kids and had colouring in sheets and pencils ready to go. We had parmas, lamb gnocchi, vegetable pasta and kids had chips. Everyone's food was really yummy and fresh. Beer paddles were great. Pilsner is a great beer. Nice atmosphere with two fireplaces which kept the place so warm. Could have stayed there all night!

Very warm and friendly environment. The steaks were beautiful, the open fire was a nice touch. The ravioli was okay. Some bread would have made the meal complete.

Ambience was good. But the food was messed up. We ordered crumbed calamari with salad and wedges in entree; crumbed calamari was burnt (over fried in fryer). And in main dish we ordered lamb shanks and seafood spaghetti. Where lamb shanks was cooked really good but presentation was pathetic, in seafood spaghetti calamri was not cooked but the wait staff she was generous and exchanged same dish with no calamari on it.

Everything was fine until just before we finished the meal. I found a hair on my plate stuck to the last piece of calamari. The waiter came over to ask us how the food was. We told him that we found hair. He didn't say anything, took the plate with a few more. As we went to pay the bill, assuming everything has been taken care of, the guy at the register had no idea of the situation, and told us that because there was no proof, it was already too late to do anything about it. He even asked the waiter that took our plates if he saw hair and he said he didn't?! The meal was a $25 share plate (it was an entree ordered as a main), but they only removed $10 from the bill because the issue wasnt taken up to senior staff. It would have been a good night with average food, but it will now be remembered for this incident. Very disappointed.

Wow. As usual our dinner was absolutely the best food on the island. We regularly go here for meals and cannot say enough how amazing the quality of food and service is. Thanks again Neil and staff. You are all exceptional at what you do. I am about to book in again for the upcoming weekend and can't wait. Keep up the brilliant customer service it's rare these days :):)

We had the most lovely meal here. Barramundi was fresh with seasonal veggies. Also ordered steak which was cooked to perfection. Everything was just yummy and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Decent place. Shared a food tasting plate with a beer paddle (4 beers offered - the pilsner and brown ale my favourites). Friendly efficient staff. Nice enough space and atmosphere but would benefit if it felt more like a brewery. Beers are brewed off site.

Great food, friendly staff! I don't drink beer but my husband does, he loves their beer. Been here a number of times and have never been dissappointed
