I took the advice of another review on here 'not to be fooled by the shabby looking wildlife park appearance' and I'm glad I read it. At first I thought the park was shut down. But it was great. My 5yo loved it. I personally loved seeing the Wedgie and Sea Eagle close up. Obviously a lot of work, time and money would be needed to keep a place like this going and while some enclosures were dishevelled or closed down, others were fabulous. The animals were well looked after and most seemed tame. Even the ones in the enclosures would come over to greet us. Do yourself a favour

Its really fun here. The best time i had. Here you can feed kangaroos and other various birds and animals. I specially loved the talking and dancing parrot. The parrot says hello to you when we say hello. Such a sweet experience. Must visit it. Kids will love it maximum.

Great place to feed kangaroos and other Australian native animals. we went their in a late afternoon and Kangaroos were well fed by that time. So, I think it is better to visit around mid day or morning. Also, wet days aren't good either.

Even though it is run down and needs a good 200k plus thrown at it, I would recommend this to anyone.

Very relaxing and the animals are all very friendly and usually happy to be stroked while being fed. The layout is well done so the place feels spacious but you're only ever a few minutes walk from the entrance. Recommend arriving early before the animals get over-fed and over people. When we come we usually spend a good couple of hours just strolling and casually feeding as we go. Highly recommended

Very reasonable price for enterance and great experience feeding the animals by hand. My only suggestion would be no birds not enough room for large predatory birds to fly they looked miserable and depressed, the park would be more enjoyable without them.

The $19 adult entry fee is so worth it. You get a bag of food to feed the animals and you can get extra bags of food for 50 cents each.
There are plenty of kangaroos, wallabies, swan, geese and emus. There aren't as many of the other animals like koalas and wombats. But there are also many different species of birds.
The kangaroos are friendly and used to humans and love to be fed.
We arrived early and were the 4th car there. The grounds are big and we didn't realise how many other people were there until we left and saw another 30 cars parked outside.response / report this review -

Loved the kangaroos, wallabies and emu birds in the open! Be careful with the emu birds, they won't hurt you but they have a good eye for the food in your hands. Hide the food from them and you're good.
Lot of other Aussie animals too. It's a whole package for tourists.response / report this review -

Nice little collection of quite a good range of animals for a location this small. The highlight of course is being able to hand feed not just the wallabies n roos but also the ostrich. Do not let young kids go out of sightsome enclosures are way too easy to sneak one's hand in

Best place to see Kangaroos if you are visiting Australia for the first time. There are so many and it felt like a natural environment.

You will be surrounded by a mob of emus and they will steal your feed bag. Just accept it. Children will scream, cry and run away in fear. Great fun for the whole family.

Cool place to visit if you want to see Kangaroos up close. The landscape looks like theres been a major fire recently or its the set for the new Mad Max movie. Either way, visit this place its awesome😎

It's cheap, the staff are welcoming, and you get a really great experience with the kangaroos. They come right up to you and eat right out of your hands.
