Hmmm
Reluctant to give 5 stars but I will anyway due to service recovery.
So I had a really really bad experience for my 25th birthday cake and I complained and my complain was not acknowledged . At that time I guess they just started making couture cakes and didn't understand the need to build a relationship with the customer (they use to only mass produce- didn't know who the end consumer is ).

So I decided I needed a cake for my partners 30th and it was lovely . Perfectly made and it was soooo tasty . It was well presented and very good value for money. Service was immaculate - they hired a reception girl who is really good with people.( I work in a 5 star hotel so I'd hire her). She was patient and accommodating and tried her best to meet my needs (and I was fussy)

Also like that they are being customer centric by replying to ppls reviews on google and ensuring that they want to turn "ok" to "great". I guess they are moving away from a "take it or leave it mass producer" to a "customer centric personalized service" .

Well I'm coming back for my 30th bday cake soon

Good to see you guys try to win customers back in this digital age- competing against so many perth makers and bakers on Instagram. Keep it up your good service and tasty cakes .

First cake I ordered was for my birthday (Tiramisu ) , second was for my daughter's birthday ( choc beehive). Both cake looked great, enticing and delicious. Highly recommended.

Bit disappointed as the invoice was delivered with the cake! Lucky my aged mother didn't see it or she would have freaked out!! I will use them again because I believe everyone deserves a second chance. No news on how good the cake wasyet. Thanks Tanya, you were very nice to speak to, great customer service skills :)

I have ordered 3 cakes over the last 3 months. Each cake has been amazing in taste and appearance. The first was for my sons birthday and a hit! The second was for his first Holy Communion, they made a special chocolate plaque. The third was for my step daughters 18th, it was superb! A total hit. Thank you.

I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday to be delivered to her house as a surprise on a Saturday. I live in Brisbane so I needed to take a leap of faith with which Perth cake maker to choose. The cake was delivered on time, and from all reports, it was delicious! Thank you Cake Factory!!
