  I love Baskin Robbins so much and I was so disappointed when I came to the store at 9:40 and they said they wouldn't serve me because they were closing Even though closing time is at 10. When I pointed this out to them, they said they needed time for "packing up".
  
  Saying I was heartbroken would be an understatement. I feel betrayed. Disappointed 13 year old Baskin Robbins worker who wanted to finish 20 minutes early so you could go home to watch cartoons.

  Standard B and R options but clean and quick friendly service. Usually only one staff member on site at a time.

  Apparently staff think its ok to drop a brownie on the bench and then scoop it up with a knife and then proceed to serve it up.
  I don't know what kind of training you give your staff Baskin Robbins Subiaco but I'm not impressed. I paid for it and threw that rubbish in the bin. Consider it a contribution to better train your staff in common sense.
  Disgusting service and poor form. I hope I'm the only one that got this shit service tonight. Thoroughly unimpressed
