Used to be my go-to brow place but i can’t say i’d recommend anyone coming now. Last few experiences were terrible, new staff everytime and their experience is questionable. Came in, asked for a threading service clean up and came out with the thinnest brows. I’m literally traumatised.

Please update your business hours, or get your staff to show up on time for work. I have attended the Bankstown store several times and even though it says it opens at 9am, I've always waited until past 9.30am. This is ridiculous. Most days, I've left because even by that time, nobody has shown up. To top it off, they also close early!
Your staff really need a customer service haul. They don't know how to talk too and treat them. Like other reviewers, I've seen many people turned away even though they have shown up way before closing time. Honestly, sometimes I'm not sure how your store is still in business.

I usually go here as they do a good job and charge reasonable prices. However, the ladies that work there usually close the shop around 4:30pm even though it says that they are open till 5pm, not to mention if you go early and ask them to do something they refuse as they need to close on time. I mean I got there way before your closing time, if you are closing earlier then the time mentioned on google please update. As it was very disappointing experience.

walked in on a busy day.. The worker was horrible, told me to leave as she wouldn't take any further customers.. her approach was extremely rude and very disrespectful. This was my first and last visit.
Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I never had this much bad experience with B&B, which i had today. I have done the Face side wax and the unprofessional staff literally damaged my skin, she didn't even tighten my skin while pulling the wax strip. Scratches appears on my skin, and it's unbearable. On top of that worst customer service 😒. I'll never recommend anyone to go there also never visit B&B bankstown again. It was so embarrassing and disappointing the way staff treated the customers. I'm used to visit B&B since four years but from past two years it becomes the worst place to visit. Staff wearing the casual Clothes, no uniform, no professionalism, nothing at all.
I just want to request the management, please teach some professionalism to your workers before handling the whole store in their hands.

so yesterday I walked into the brow parlour, my normal lady at another store wasn't working and due to covid my brows really needed to be done. So I walked In was served by a lady I think her name was jess, anyways we talked a little and see seemed really nice, I took a seat and wow the pain, keep in mind I have a very high pain tolerance so for me to feel pain was a big shock but I just let her continue than she finished my right brow and wow I was in for the Shock of my life. My brows have always been really thick nice brows but she completely messed them up, when I looked in the mirror I was holding my tears back these thick brows were now supper thin not only that she couldn't follow my natural brow shape they are now a completely different shape to what they were and I voiced my unsatisfied looked I told her and showed her a picture of my brows before and she continued on my left brow. keep in mind I have a high pain tollerence the pain was even worse I could feel even feel the hairs falling on my face that's not a normal thing to feel so just shows how much hair she was actually taking off not just that when I looked in the mirror my left brow was now even thiner than the right brow they were 2 completely different shapes from each other and to how I wanted them. I was so angry and upset I payed and walked out crying when I had told my mum and sister what happened they asked where I got them done I told them. my mum told me that the last time she was in the store some other lady was screaming and walked out crying too. if I could give this place -5 stars I would I will never return to this store and ill never recommend it to anyone unless they feel the need to completely stuff up there brows.

Well it was my favorite shop to do my eyebrows at until today’s service! The lady did my eyebrows in 2 mins literally saying yeh its fast u dont have a lot of hair and she barely cut them. Im really disappointed. My eyebrows don't look like they’ve been done.

The old staffs were really good. but now it's all new people they don't know what they are doing. go there if you want to ruin your eyebrows. Won't recommend anymore.
