  Even though I was not initially impressed with the dental cleaning service, my feedback was taken positively. The clinical chief Dr.Niro itself called me directly and listened to my concern and offered me a second thorough dental cleaning service with his best hygienist Dr.Melody. I am truly stunned with her excellent approach of thorough dental cleaning, and the way she had explained to look after dental hygiene was excellent. It was definitely a 5-star service provided by Ignite Medispa this time.

  What an incredible experience. From the moment I met Dr Niro I felt I was in good hands, and I wasn't disappointed. I was offered a high degree of service and care and felt really well taken care of. It was lovely not to feel rushed, to be able to go through the information and procedure with such attention to detail. I left my appointment very happy. Thank you :)

  Yesterday was one of the best experiences we’ve had since we started getting Botox. Dr Niro was incredibly thorough and really took the time to talk us through everything and was honest. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured throughout the entire consultation.
  
  Not only was Dr Niro AMAZING but every single staff member was happy, polite and super friendly. I also observed beautiful interactions between the staff and heard Dr Niro speak so kindly to each of his staff members. It was an absolute pleasure to be in such a professional, friendly and relaxed place. We felt really comfortable. Thank you for making our experience so perfect! We left feeling so happy and empowered with the knowledge we now have about future treatments.

  The service and expertise at Ignite is amazing and unlike any other! The staff went out of their way to ensure satisfaction and fantastic results. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommending this clinic to others ! 🙌🏼
