I booked my Mum in here for her birthday a while ago, and she absolutely loved it. The therapists and all of the staff were amazing and all contributed to a wonderful experience for her 60th birthday. The process of booking over the phone was also pleasant and stress free. Would not have changed a thing. We recommend this spa to everyone we know. Definitely worth the money, and we hope to return to you soon

Chose this spa for my boyfriend birthday surprise and he wasn't disappointed. It was an amazing experience from the moment we stepped in to the end.
Hands down the best day spa in Sydney. Joseph was very lovely, he squeezed me in last minute.
I'd really like to thank Garance, she was amazing highly professional and very friendly.

After looking through so many sydney spa retreats, I decided to go with this place and WOW!!! did I make the right choice. It was one of my best spa experiences I've had to date. They have such great treatment packages and so many options to choose from. As well as Steam and sauna rooms, Spas and a Hammam room.
To start with, I was running late on my treatment day, got stuck on Parramatta Rd for what seemed like hours. (Highly recommended to always consider this road when going to ur appointment and leave an extra 20-30mins for traffic delay travel time) I called the spa on my commute to advise on my delay. (My 1st reason for not giving 5 stars - it is very hard to contact them on the phone, had to call a number of times b4 they answered) the guy on the phone was lovely to speak to and very understanding. Once I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease, as I think they realised how flustered I was by arriving late. The therapist handed me a form to fill and then guided me to the lobby. I was handed a pair of slippers, which were AMAZING to walk on (they sell new pairs at reception FYI) and I was taken to the 2nd level via a lift. On the 2nd level u will find a quite extensive lounge seating area (great for group spa dates) lighting and decor is warm, relaxing and very inviting. I was ushered into the change room where u'll find lockers with bathrobe and disposable panties and bra. There's also a steam room inside the change room as well as 2 showers and 1 toilet. After getting changed I was taken into the spa bath room where I found a perfectly temperature bath waiting. Amazing way 2 start to unwind. Later on the therapist came in and took me to the treatment room. It was beautifully decorated and quite a large room also with a bath and shower. Here is were my 2nd reason is for not giving 5 stars - the room felt cold. After the bath I was so warm, I then had to disrobe to lay on the massage table, that's when I felt the chill in the air. Although it didn't affect me much as my next treatment commenced straight away. The body scrub. It was incredible, it was the perfect amount of particles to oil which didn't leave ur skin feeling scored or irritated. I then had to wash it away in the shower which was in the room, and was great not having to leave the treatment room. And to end my spa day with the perfect pressure massage. By the end I felt like a brand new women and to top it of there was a glass of bubbly waiting for me in the lounge area. I can't recommend this place enough, it was a perfect pampering day.
