Had some major car Air Con repairs to be done and these guys were recommended by a friend. Work was done as promised but had an ongoing issue with radiator leakage which they were happy to help sort out, even to the extent of coming out home after hours. After sales service was exceptional.

I showed up at the Battery Terminal after having to jump start my car twice in one day. They tested my battery with two different machines and told me it was working at full capacity. He then fixed dodgy wiring in my car that was hooked up to the battery to make sure it wasn't interfering with the connection. I was there for about 10 minutes and they wouldn't let me pay a cent. Couldn't recommend enough, such friendly service and great guys.

Advised to 'come back later' after I had made an appointment over the phone to have my car inspected for an electrical fault. They claimed that such an appointment was never made despite having a 3 minute call logged on my phone.

Steve is always obliging to assist with even the oddest if issues and is forthcoming with relevant options.

I have had the pleasure of relying on their services a few times and cannot say enough good things about them, especially for a person from interstate who had no local contacts.
