The seats are really old and uncomfortable for AMF standards. The TV screens keep going and off making it really difficult to enjoy the game.

Some of the staff is really, really nice and cooperative and have the best work attitude, but one specific staff memeber was extremely rude.

The food took an hour and was just lying next on the counter when they said it would be delivered to the lane.

Used to be a family favourite for fun and a meal, however previous visits especially this week was below satisfactory. I write this in hope that management will take action in a attempt to salvage any other customers on last legs of patience. As a loyal customer, our family usually spend $150+ per visit easily. Obviously there has been a change in management and things are going down hill- fast!! Example- Arcade games are always out of order (last visit we took home $20 worth of tokens due to "out of order" machines)- and toilets poorly attended to. Our past few visits have not seen any improvement which is a shame, as I dread looking for a new family friendly venue. This Thursday we all looked forward to our usual fisherman catch and sliders family dinner (always HOT & best calamari rings). When we received our meal it was missing a few items on the menu- when queried with staff (who asked the cook) particular items we not included was his answer. Once we showed him the menu- he was quite embarrassed and said its her (the cook) first time making it. We waited for the rest of the order to arrive- this time we asked for the garlic sauce and lemon etc for the fish (as per menu)- and advised that they had no lemons and received mayo and tomato sauce to eat the fishermans catch. My husband, 3 kids and i tried to make the most of the meal but at this point we just wanted to leave. Luckily my husband has more patience than i and insisted we bowl for the kids sake- so we did. The staff are always polite and welcoming, and are always compensating for malfunctions- good customer service. They should not have to constantly make up for poor management/leadership with insufficient stock levels and maintenance issues/standards out of there control. It will take some time before i consider visiting again- only hope the next time wont be the last.

Arrived with a large group having booked in advance for games and food. No record of our booking, woefully understaffed (25 mins for a milkshake) and food quality was appalling. Alleys were in good condition and place was clean. No ATM and limited facility to withdraw money.

Staff listened to complaints and gave lolly bags to all the kids.

Visiting ACT on holidays and after having a few busy days we thought we would drop in tonight and just have a fun relaxing game with our 3 year old daughter. When we got there the place was packed and the minimal staff on were absolutely run off their feet. No matter how crazy it was in there for the staff they were AMAZING. So polite, friendly, helpful and above all bright, bubbly & fun to be around. My 3 year even told me "they are so very nice here".
Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable!

AMF is very lucky to have such wonderful employees.

Food staff and cleanliness was great, but the machines and venue its self is very dated and partially ruined the experience.

We came in & there was a State tournament on! We were told we wouldn't be able to play til 9.15-9.30pm(it was 8pm). Nothing was advertised on the website but the staff member was very sincere & apologetic but we were happy to watch as it was a great competitive vibe. Just as we were deciding where else we could go he rushed over & let us know we could play & the teams were leaving soon.
3 games later we had loads of fun & a good experience. Great service! Will definitely be visiting again!

It's a pretty good experience and a load of fun for kids and adults of all ages.

The place is clean, has a lot of lanes, though if you go on a Friday night or during the weekend/School holidays it's ALWAYS busy (understandably).

The lanes are state of the art and are in good condition. The gutters raise up automatically for 'Bumper Bowling' which can be set differently for each player and automatically raise or lower depending on who's turn it is.

There's a large, well stocked kitchen for having a bite to eat, there's also coffee and cold drinks to have in the café. A large amount of table/chairs available to eat at while you watch the goings on.

There's arcade machines up the other end of the centre, with 'tickets' you can win to redeem for prizes in the cabinets.

It's expensive as hell to bowl, but they have to make money somehow. Parties are expensive, but man did the kids have fun. The host was a little run of her feet, so if you have more than say 10 kids, demand a seconds host.

Enjoy your bowling, AMF Tuggeranong is great.
