  Went in to get a set of gaming headphones for a christmas present to send up to qld with my sister, stay away from the bald redbeard guy in the gaming section he is a know it all arogant douche and the two obese people at the couter couldnt even grab me a product from out the back instead of taking the last box from off the shelf because they new the product was in perfect working condition without even opening it like why cant tou just make the costumer happy and grap them a fresh product if you know there is more of them out back. The last thing I want to do is to take the christmas present back after it is opend becuase one 3 people are too lasy to walk 20 steps.

  Don't know anything about Tablets. Says I need to buy a specific 'tablet' sim card to have 4G. Are you serious?

  Staff are friendly and knowledgeable but some outright lie about what the docket they print means. If they print you a docket, it should be to alter the price - if something costs $100 and they print a docket for $100 "just to help you" it means there is some profit in the full price that they want. When I asked for a better price they said they couldn't. Went somewhere else.
  
  The people who manage software are far nicer.

  Great competitive prices and will happily do deals. Just don't rely on them to be prompt or reliable when it comes to delivery.

  Fantastic customer service. I bought a product and needed to change it. The staff were very pleasant especially the manager on duty who was very helpful. I have got to say honestly good range and great service was my experience.
