  I had my Lexus for repair of a right rear door windows. After the repair pick up the window frame and sealing were damaged. The rear window frame was ruined and stood up about 2 cm from the body of the car. These items were in excellent condition before the glass screen was repaired. The service was arrogant and unreasonable as the onsite service could not be supplied. There was not much interest from the company to get the damage repaired. As this is an insurance case I now involve the friendly and helpful people from Allianz to take the matter further.

  Called for a quote was told $675 and the tinted band on top of windscreen was extra $informed him it was too much as i already had a quote $380 i was put on hold while operator rang the other bussiness to confirm my claim sad sad sad very poor service 1800 number is a joke shame on you riping people off

  Tried to contact O'Brien's at Fyshwick no number available only 1800 number after going through the O'Brien process was advised all lines are busy. Well O'Brien's so are we and we won't be coming back any more

  Just quoted over $700 to replace a smashed side car window which is more than my excess! Wow, just wow! I can buy a genuine replacement window off eBay with free postage for $90.
  
  Didn't seem like they could get to my car for a few days on top of that which meant I couldn't secure my vehicle until fixed.
  
  Furthermore they can't do tinting so you need to find another business to complete the process if you want this done which is more time off the road especially if you are busy and have work commitments.
  
  Approached another business in the same suburb who managed to fit me in the same day which was a one stop shop that replaced and tinted the new window for almost half the price O'Brien quoted for a replacement non tinted window.
  
  This business is just about cashing in on people's misfortunes. Take the time to obtain another quote from another business. You won't regret it!

  My latest experience with the O'Brien's team was flawless. Call center is friendly and the team in fyshwick where accommodating. They don't to repair my car even with a full shop.

  over $700 for a front passengers side window and installation!!!!! You can get 3 windscreens replaced for that cost. The staff I spoke with continually ignored what I was saying or questions I asked.
