  Absolutely insulting service. My order took over 9 months to complete (you can build an entire house in this time) and the staff offered no compensation, and even mocked me via email when I voiced my concerns with their service delivery.

  Would give 10 stars if I could, the outdoor blinds they made for us are tremendous, the workman ship is 100% so was the installation you could not have asked for better service,they also made all the internal blinds for our new house in Wallan Yes they come down and fitted them all they would have to be the No1 blind and curtain make in Ballarat
