Hi Saving Grace; I admit that we did muck up your service through my clerical error, but your were offered the service to be done straight away on the Saturday you picked the bike up. When I found out about this on Monday I rang your husband and apologized and offered you a free service. I think that although we made a mistake, we did everything to fix it. Terrible service. We left a bike (which we purchased there) to be fixed, they said it would be 2-3 days. I called them after a week, "oh we're waiting for parts I think", I called again after another week, still not fixed! Three weeks later I called AGAIN and finally they said they'd fix it within two days. It wasn't - they had replaced handlebars with second hand ones - charged $30 and they hadn't done anything else that they had promised and we had asked for. They never followed up with us, and never apologised for being so unprofessional. Expensive prices and crappy, awful customer service.
