Very rude management, no social skills, couldnt care less about locals or accommodating family's with children. Can't smile or say hello. Was actually happy that she lost at least $400 when we walked out because of her rudeness. Will go back when its under new management, which I think wont be that far away.

Great place to break up a day ride and have lunch. Food selection good for a country pub. Coffee is good and a fire roaring in winter.

I thought when it came to pubs you cant beat this one. friendly staff and cheap to eat and stay in VERY clean surroundings, hard to find! In winter all the wood fires going and its hard to leave the joint. When your looking for that country hotel with charm this one is it. Obviously with what I am saying I have eaten there and stayed there and lived there cause I owned it and I am bloody sorry I sold it recently 19/04/16 so this is country!
