It is with much pleasure that I congratulate you on your exceptional service to your guests aboard this vessel. I attended a wedding recently & was treated to outstanding service from the moment we boarded. All of your staff were attentive & were all so pleasant & keen to make sure that the night was a special one for all on board. It has been a long time since I have seen that level of service anywhere. Well done Starship Sydney.

I celebrated my 50th aboard Starship Aqua and it was such a beautiful experience. I highly recommend Starship for any special occasion. Geraldine was very helpful and always happy to assist with any of my requests.

LOVE LOVE LOVE The Starship, was on board for my 3rd visit for a friends wedding. Food was devine for such a large wedding.
Also had my second visit for vivid this year. Can't get a better view of the city then on board the biggest vessel in Sydney.
I had resently had a hip operation so was on crutches (which was admittedly a stupid idea) but the staff where so helpful and even management came and arranged a spot for me to sit outside and enjoy the show.
Can't wait for NYE on board the best boat in Sydney harbour.response / report this review -

What an amazing night we had on Starship. The staff were so professional and friendly. The food was awesome and there was plenty of it. I'd definitely recommend it and look forward to going on Starship again!

The best experience ever, the staff were super helpful & ultra professional. I would recommend them to anyone & will book again. I can't praise the staff highly enough, especially Ben who was just a charm!

It's the worst experience I've ever had. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. How reviews ended with so many stars, I just don't know where it comes from. It's unprofessional with its management and services.
Joined the Starship Vivid Cruise more then a week ago. Paid and invited some overseas friends together, hoping to give them a good evening treat with the so called "luxurious dinner seating style cruise".
2nd earliest group to be allocated for table sitting (Table 2) but the last group to be allowed to buffet servings. Most of the serving trays are empty. Have to scrap food & salad from corners of serving trays for our plates. Only chicken was available, beef and fish was finished and there was no refill. Desserts ended up with people complaining as there was none left for those last helpers. Services was the worst. Staffs were very inexperience. Other then removing and clearing off the emptied trays, do not have the least hospitality experience and manners.
The person-in-charge on board of the cruise, (should have got his name down) is just as unprofessional with managing, controlling and worst of all, manners. Other then calling out tables for food, he doesn't shows responsibility for his position of work.
The vessel was huge but so are the cruise members. Tables were closely squeezed and packed. As people walked passed behind, my chairs were bumped into many many times. Can't even be seated without being bumped while having my dinner. Tickets were not cheap. $$ spent on bar counter for drinks but ended up with almost nil to worst dinner we've ever had. What a disgrace. Hope the management will do something instead of just collecting money and business only without fulfilling customers satisfaction.response / report this review -

A venue can make or break a wedding and Starship certainly delivered. They made the whole planning process exciting and relatively smooth. They were so approachable with any questions or concerns prior to the day. The actual day was beyond expectations. The service, food, ambiance was excellent. We had so many compliments from guests. If you want a slightly unusual but beautiful venue, don't look past Starship

IT WAS AMAZING!!
1) great service by staff and amazing views!
2) a lot of space on the boat!
3) catering was okay but needed more various types of food.
4) toilet hand dryers needed to be fix!
5) the bar needed for juices and soda.

Went on a cruise at the Pontoon. Staffs are very nice and accomodating.. My 5yr old daughter loved it soo much. Will definitely go back. ☺️

Our wedding day on 19.09.15 was flawless all thanks to the wonderful staff at The Starship! The team there gave all our 140 guests a 5 star experience and treated us like king and queen of the day! The service was very attentive, the food was delicious, the views were amazing and the ambience was so romantic. Having our ceremony on the top deck at sunset in the harbour was just magical. Most of our guests had never been to a wedding on a boat before and they absolutely loved it! Our co-ordinator, Alison was a pleasure to deal with from day one. She was very accommodating, was always quick to respond to emails and was on top of every little detail which really reduced our wedding stress. The best decision we made was extending our reception for an extra two hours. It was so worth it. We would highly recommend The Starship to all our engaged friends. We wish we could experience our big day over and over again! - Laura & Paul Stewart
