We have been using Sydney Tools Alexandria for numerous years, not just for the great deals & massive range of products but also for the great service. George Tahan and his team in Alexandria are exceptional, with great knowledge of products. These guys always go the extra mile for us & I cant recommend this store enough.

Same as many repair feed-backs, this is the worst purchase experience ever I have experienced, the first repair took 7 months and returned me another same defect product, I went to the store 6 times, they either told me can't find the product or the person who sold me the product was not there, I tried to speak their manager, but nobody told me who was the manager, I called the store so many times and request to speak to the manager, the manager has never bother to call me back. until today I haven't hear anything back from them after the second time I returned back 2 months ago, they told me they will process the refund within 1 or 2 days, but nobody contact me. one month ago they told me that they will process the refund because it was too long. very frustrated and worst purchase experience ever.

I don’t like writing negative reviews and I really hope they fix there system to serve there customers at a higher level .
Being miss guided with information when selling a product as well as trying to avoid warranty after a 28 days of a compressor blown the gasket known my business only operates from the compressor . I tried being reasonable about the delay in service hoping they would reciprocate as 28 days of service is unacceptable. They were determined to not helping me out with the situation until I went and got more information about my rights at fair trade . It was only then they were starting to be reasonable. I hope they re-evaluate the system of serving customers instead of trying to make a quick buck.

I didn’t have a problem with staff directly because they were all nice and helpful. Just feel the sales process needs to be more honest aswell as a commitment to the fair trade service acts

George the store manager is the man to deal with. what a service. no matter what i want its in stock. I email my order through to George and when i get to the store my order is at the counter waiting for collection. Class A service guys and big shout out to George. keep up the good work.

Really great bunch of guys with a huge selection of tools. If they don't have it in stock, they'll order it in for you. They're usually very competitively priced too.

Go and speak to george, he helped me decide what brand of tool kit to purchase for the trade i have just completed, very helpful advise as he knew which batteries where were interchangeable with the specialist tools i would be acquiring

I have shopped at the Sydney Tools Alexandria store a few times, and have always had a positive experience in doing so. In particular, George has always been very helpful and happy to help, especially when I am unsure of the exact product I need - he takes the time to explain each product and assist me in choosing the right one. The prices are also extremely reasonable for the quality of the product. I would really recommend this store and suggest to speak to George if you're ever unsure!

I am in the process of fixing my deck, shed and leaking kitchen sink at home. So i went to the Sydney tools at Alexandria store. This store doesnt just offer a great range of tools, but also employs the best staff. I spoke to George T who went above and beyond in providing me the best customer service, definitely way better than the service i receive at other hardware stores. He posses a great deal of knowledge and he is also able to o you the best tools for you to purchase. I will definitely go back here next time.

I spoke with Joey over the phone regarding plunge routers, and he provided me with a clear direction on which plunge routers are superior in bot h their efficacy and durability. AMAZING service at the Alexandria store, especially from George who served me and helped me with all of my questions and concerns! Highly recommend this store as it's tool selection is also endless! Will DEFINITELY be visiting this store again when in need of a new purchase.
