This medical center is a joke.
If you have an appointment you will wait 30 minutes to get in just to spend 5 minutes consultation with no specifications at all!
Stay away from Doctor Subhash
It has been 3 times he doesn’t help me with anything and he just ask again and again to make an appointment with him just for the bills.
I’m definitely not coming back AT ALL!

Dr. nalina zaman is repulsive. she comes of a bit rude and always in a hurry. also, she was 20 minutes late to the appointment I booked.i do not recommend.

Dr. Tanusha is the best doctor in Sydney. I have seen her for more than two years now but she is always nice, helpful, and approachable. Ive been to many other hospitals but she is the best I can find.

if you are a student Don't go there. They will charge you the maximum which is $80 and you will be able to claim back only $37. They actually could charge only $40 but they don't

Reception staff are rude and unfriendly. Pathology staff also rude, asked intrusive questions about scars on my skin which in no way relates to taking blood, I found the experience embarrasing and upsetting. Will be getting blood work done elsewhere from now on. Only come here because Dr Hossain is a wonderful GP and has been amazing through my pregnancy.
5 stars for Dr Hossain however the overall experience at this medical centre has unfortunately been terrible.

I have been attending this Medical Centre for over a year now ever since I walked in having a Heart Attack. Thanks to the quick thinking of the doctors and staff they saved my life. Dr Verma is now my regular GP for all my medical needs and will continue to be in the future. I have never felt rushed or treated badly. Thank you all.

Three years on and they are still take great care of me. Wonderful staff and great doctors. Many thanks

First and last time to go to this medical centre as the receptionists were curt and rude, and did not respect confidentiality. No mention of payment or fees required either at the time of waiting (30mins as doc was running behind schedule) nor when I left, only to get calls later and advised by my emergency contact person that they called to say I hadn't paid the bill for my visit and exact procedure. Asked for my credit card details over the phone which I found unsafe. Such terrible service. Which is a pity as Dr. Ruchika was actually pretty nice.

Great services I ever had. I do remember my father got in to some emergency treatment while on visit to Overseas. Dr Verma consulted and posted/ faxed all his reports and that was a public holiday on that day in Australia. That was very helpful and hardly you can think that some other Dr will do for you. Thanks a lot and all the best for the centre and Their services.

Possibly the worst place ever! The doctor was alright, standard, nothing out of the ordinary. The receptionists, however were 3 of the most inattentive, self-conceited busy bodies in the universe. I honestly didn't care for the rolling eyes and hearing about their weekend. I just wanted to see the doctor and go back to work! So utterly disrespectful!

Don't go there.Worst ever.
Just unfriendly bossy 2 receptionists treat you disrespectfully.
Doctor is unprofessional however he was friendly.
Don't go there before you get wrong treatment.
Never go there again, NEVER.

I was the person who posted a good review now I'm editing because of the bad service. I've been a regular patient for about a year plus. Day by Day the service is getting worse. The receptionist is so racist the Asian lady. She doesn't give respect at all. She's so rude. I think she's New and just started. Don't work if you can't respect people!!! I have one thing to say to this lady if you can't bring a smile and a hood customer service skill don't work as a receptionist. Give respect to people without looking at their skin colour. I really hope this kind of people understand people and Never hurt others. Dr Nagamma is amazing she's the most friendliest doctor I've Eve seen and so caring.

My wife, my daughter and myself always come to this Health Centre, just because we live quite close, there is a couple of times, I am not quite happy with the service here. and finally to decide to change another one. we come to see an India background GP every time, but fail to built up good relationship. even didn't get the basic respect. he is rude. not polite. hopeful treat others better than my family.
the government pay the consultancy fee, but we can decide who I prefer to pay to.
