Dr Alison Ward was the worst GP experience ever. Never made eye contact, and when I asked for a scan for my injured hand (had a pre-existing injury and had done scans for it before), she took offence and said it was a waste of governments money. Just across the road there is another medical practice inside an arcade where you can find GP that are human beings

This review is based on my experience with Dr David Wai. Rude and impolite behavior. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto disease and got barely any information. When I asked him about what I can do, if it is curable, what the causes are, he replied by asking me if I was into computer science as only “those" people think that way. Black and white. 1 and 0. I could be dead within a week. He can´t tell. Doctors can´t know such things and it shows very immature thinking to ask those kind of questions. To even think about saying to your patient he or she could die within a week, just as you can die walking on the streets seems extremely tasteless to me and I will surely not come back. I felt worse when leaving clinic. I do not recommend this unprofessional doctor.

Recently went in, spoke to a male receptionist who was really helpful and friendly to me asked for something for neck pain and he showed me in the pharmacy next door to them tiger balm which really helped with the neck pain. Really appreciate the help he gave me. I would definitely go back

I saw Dr Yan Zhang because I wanted to see a female doctor near my office.
Dr made a prognosis without any evidentiary medical issues (I advised no symptoms of such condition and conditions were not physically evident). She said I had a medical issue (which was serious) and we will test and send to lab anyway. I was stressed for 3 weeks. She was also very cold and showed no compassion. I left feeling terrible. I saw my own GP arranged for results to be sent to my GP. Results negative and everything is fine (mild common infestion).
Dr Zhang came across as unsympathetic and insensitive, in the circumstances it was devastating.
I hope the dr reads this to realise the impact. I could've avoided the anguish for 3 weeks.response / report this review -

Wonderful staff and very patient doctors - it's very fortunate to have such a quick and professional medical clinic located in a convenient spot in Sydney's CBD.

The worst medical center I have ever been, professionalism: zero, polite: zero, doctor : zero. DON'T GO THERE ITS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IS IT ! FLEE !

Dr david has terrible attitude.
Never want to listen and he busy typing in his computer.
He just explain using google
Even pharmacist guy explain nicely about medicine that we bought
