  Really good service. I recently returned a broken circular saw after almost three years and they happily replaced it. Good range too and generally friendly staff.

  Easy parking and a good selection of hardware. Comparing this store to Bunnings in Rouse Hill, they need to step up their ventilation (too hot and not enough air moving through the store) and customer service is not the standard of other Bunnings stores.

  I hate to go shopping here. They have tried to copy The Home Depot in USA. They are no way near as good. The checkouts are rarely open, only the tools section and customer service desk. They are not as knowledgeable as the workers in Home Depot. Their products are way too high priced even with dollar exchange rates. Go take a look at the prices at Home Depot next time you need to buy at Bunnings and you will see.$133 Australian equals $100 USA.
