Very helpful
one of the workers at the store, already serving 2 other customers, saw us struggling with a choice decision. When he passed he asked what our dilemma was and was able to guide us to the correct choice quickly with the information as to whyresponse / report this review -

Always crowded. Staff are willing to help but they are outnumbered by customers seeking help.
I could not get what I needed as it was out of stock.
Parking is just hopeless. It is too cramped. There is a serious accedent waiting to happen.
Luckily, the location is nice as you have Repco and Battery World next door.response / report this review -

Staff both over the phone and in person seem really over it. Every single time I call or go in they just seem like they low key have an issue. Maybe the boss is an arse.

I would give 5 starts if they replaced the battery for me not just take the money and give methe battery and tools to fix it by myself It would be great if they have someone to replace the battery coz not everybody knows how to do it.

Extensive range but expensive. Very low staffed, ran out of bags and had only one person to serve 11 of us and answer phone queries..

Very bad service, takes AGES for them to come serve you, you have to go ask for help yourself. They have this one chic at the counter that has not one clue about cars or anything car related, which, I think, is quite ironic.

I find this store generally excellent, except today when I tried to order some rola roof racks, but was told that they didn't stock that brand. I even had the part number I received from the computer display for rola on the wall.
