  Today, I going to buy something there, When I ask them product where can I get and I ask some about return tax question with them but I felt too bad, because of some one work there who says "is he speaks English???" When I left the shop I sounded that stence, I know my English not really good, but I still learning now, I think the education of employee need improve more

  The pharmacist Named victor was the rudest thing have ever seen. Incompetent, doesn't know how to speak with people. Disgrace for company to have such individuals.

  There's usually a long wait but overall plenty of parking on Burwood road it's worth it. Good stock and the pharmacists are very helpful.

  Horribly slow service, very very busy and not well a well run buisness.
  Previously put up with slow service due to convince. However after my last visit I will not be returning.
  A pregnant customer became distressed and faint, while waiting for prescriptions. Customers called for assistance from pharmacy staff. Who were slow to react and once they did. They did not offer any form of help or assistance, thankfully other customers stepped up to help. I left as store manager was becoming involved.

  Came to buy a few things and had vouchers to use. They don't get them often so they weren't sure what to do. We figured they needed to be printed on order for it to be put through the checkout. I offered to come back later but the girls were extremely helpful and insisted that they could print them for me so I could make my purchase.
  
  The staff went above and beyond and were extremely patient! Fantastic service!
