We had a really horrible experience with one of the staff members at this particular store. Instead of allowing a bride & and her friends to have a special moment picking a dress the staff members attitude completely ruined it. She rushed us through and took the Brides measurement with no care at all - this resulted in the dress not fitting the Bride at all, and her having to pay for an additional fitting to have the dress corrected. The dress ended up being beautiful but I would not recommend the staff at this store.

The best of Sydney. If you are looking for beautiful gowns from a talented local designer and incredible customer service (both to you and your family/friends), than you must visit Karen Willis Holmes. Within a span of two weeks, my mom and I visited all of the highly-rated (per Google reviews) bridal boutiques in Sydney. Karen Willis Holmes was the best. Jess (in the Paddington location) and Hannah-Kate (in the Alexandria location) were superb bridal consultants. They were incredibly warm, provided excellent advice, and made the entire process easy. I could not have found the dress without Jess and I could not have decided and purchased the dress without Hannah-Kate's incredible help! My mom and both loved the experience. Thanks Karen Willis Holmes for designing the perfect dress for me to marry the man of my dreams!

Warning: The conclusion to my aweful and bullied experience with KWH is was this email "The offer of some sort of refund, had been made prior to your wedding, however I feel that for both of us, the time for compensation has passed." So I was offered a refund but they then retracted the offer because I was to busy. Worst service. Terribly made/constructed dress, where I had to spend over $1,000 elsewhere to fix it. I can't even resell my dress it's so aweful.

I hopped in to KWH and Hannah Kate was helping me. Both girls in the shop were super friendly and helpful and made the experience a really relaxing one. Thanks for all of your help - I'll pop in in the next couple of weeks to make the final decision!

I recommend this place. Although I found a dress elsewhere, I found the service and dress selection great. Only downside is you pay for alterations as an extra, dresses are off the rack as opposed to made to measure.

My experience at KWH was fantastic. The girls in the shop are more than helpful and the dresses are absolutely stunning. The hardest thing is choosing just one of their beautiful gowns. I had been to other bridal stores and for imported dresses made in China we were looking at the same cost as an Australian made and fitted dress by KWH. The whole experience has been wonderful and I cannot recommend KWH enough for service, product and cost.
