There had been issues, however I think better descriptions on products would eliminate alot of confusion.
Ultimately missing parts fixed, but now left with product I can't use. Products items are great quality.

Great company to deal with.

Product - excellent (I bought the HD Black racks)
Price - very competitive, good value for money
Service - outstanding. Good followup, reliable.
Staff - helpful and on the ball

It was a pleasure to deal with this company. After researching the best deal for my racks this company came up trumps and left the others in the shade for service and price. Nice to deal with professionals (Leon was my contact) after the other cowboy companies who only offered inflated prices and inferior product.

Purchased a Heavy Duty work station from Super Rack and got it delivered to Sydney. The sales representative was very prompt with email replies. Upon receiving the product, there were a few minor issues which was handled very promptly by the team. They were very accomodating and understanding.
The product was quality and as described on the website. I would definitely buy from them again.

excellent shelving, love how easy it is to setup, only took me 10 mins for both! Don't have to mention the price is so reasonable and the service is outstanding, ordered in the morning and came same day afternoon!
