Biggest thanks to the PK Dental team specially to Dr. Vidya and her assistant. The treatment plan went above our expectation for our 5 yr old daughter, Jeamella, she's always excited to go back for dental everytime. They did a very good job professionally and with extra care. I have been coming to PK Dental Harrisdale for the last 3 years due mainly to its professional dentists. I am happy they are still around.
It's however noticeable a deterioration of the quality of customer service with the staff at the receiption. More customer service training required or time to shift the focus of the business to be more customer centric?
