Very disappointing service! I waited for 30 min to be called and had like a 5 min talk with the doctor, she seemed to be in rush! I felt really uncomfortable! I was looking for a very serious treatment but she just gave me a 2 pages print explaining all the risks and side effects, but didnt properly talk to me. And when I asked to show another issue I have she just told me to talk about this in another time (???). Really, for the price I payed, doesn't worth it at all. I didn't feel confidence to do a seriour treatment with them, so not planning to come back again.

Went to this clinic for a skin check as well as consultation for skin treatment. I found the specialist to be condescending and she presented with a superior attitude. The doctor was unsupportive of my concerns, and was dismissive of my desiring treatment. I will not be returning.

Would highly recommended Dr Celestine Wong to anyone! She genuinely cares and has helped me solve all my skin problems that I had been suffering with for some time. I’m really pleased with the outcome and feel much more confident!

After two appointments with this dermatology clinic I’m super disappointed. The first was a 10 minute FaceTime consult, during which the dermatologist didn’t ask for any history and assumed my self diagnosis was correct without further investigation. I was told to pick up a script from the clinic, in the middle of the Coronavirus lockdown, but when I arrived, the script hadn’t been organized making it an unnecessary and irresponsible trip.
My second consult was in person, where the dermatologist was 15 minutes late, and didn’t actually look at my skin at all. She typed notes into the computer, discouraged me from getting further blood tests as she ‘doesn’t normally bother’ and gave me a script.
Considering the price of this clinic, and the underwhelming service, I won’t be returning.response / report this review -
