Nice carpet runner purchased however sales representative failed to give me a discount whilst invoice showing he did.

We just purchased our rug this morning. Absolutely exceptional customer service. A wonderful humble man owns the shop who greeted us and gave us a lot of options based on our budget and style. The Carpet we bought was exactly what we were are after. Me and my wife absolutely love it. The variety in the store was great and the price range was very reasonable.

I saw this store while driving past Rosebery and pulled over on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the vast selection of rugs available for purchase! Not only was the selection great, but also the customer service by Hakan! He was an absolute pleasure to speak with and made sure the whole experience was welcoming and exciting- He absolutely went above and beyond what I had expected! I absolutely love my new rug and definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase one! Thank you so much Hakan!!!
