Needed to cancel an order that I made online. After trying all the cheap sales tactics, they resorted to condescending comments before finally refunding the order 4 days after initially requesting it and not before numerous back and forth emails.

Bought a bench a couple weeks back. Still hasn’t arrived. Called and emailed a couple days ago - no reply. Money gone but no product and no update.

I’ll put 100 stars for home gym equipment , I bought a spirit model treadmill , I totally love it dose a great job and runs very smoothly , definitely I recommend it , I’m totally satisfied with my treadmill , I got an amazing product totally worth what I paid for and I’m a 100% happy customer, thank u home gym equipment !!!

Initially wanted to purchase the Reebok treadmill, but was sold out after I made the purchase. However, Jen from this company contacted me in regards to that and recommended me a different treadmill - Endurance Ultra Treadmill. Recieved it in perfect condition, easy to assemble, tested it out for the first time and I think this beats any treadmill that you see at the gym. All worth the money! Thanks again Jen!
