If I could Freedom Cars at Windsor a zero I would.
Darren rented me a car with problem after problem, he then gave me the car back ‘fixed’ only to drive it away with it clunking and making noises. He then allowed me to trade the car for another one of his elite vehicles only for this one also to have issues. Darren will make the car not working your problem, won’t answer his phone and is rude. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of his business.response / report this review -

It has been 24 months since I arrived at an amazing historical place called Winsdor, NSW. I took the train from the Bayside area of NSW. Once i arrived at the station a gentleman named Darren who had agreed to pick me up was waiting in the carpark. Upon arrival he greeted me with a welcoming handshake and introduced himself as i did likewise. We headed on to the car dealership office building while having a chat and building rapport. Quite a ways from the train station as I immediately became grateful for Darren going out his way to come and get me.
As i arrived I felt completely welcomed. There was another gentlemen that I met that I called "Clint Eastwood" a type of guy that just shoot from the hip with no holding back. Another amazing guy who you could just sit down and have a coffee and talk about life for hours.
I would say a fact that a large percentage of people who visit this company would have some sort of credit issues probably found it quite hard to purchase a vehicle. I am very much a part of that percentage.
This is a business like any other business. One thing that seperate this company from others is that they are up front honest and straight to the point. A family of great True Aussies who are helping the public and those who have struggled with getting into a car and driving off the lot due to bad credit or no credit.
Monday 15/11/2021 I will make my final payment and, finally own a car thanks to Darren and the team at Freedom Cars Sydney West.
I must say as a husband with a wife and two kids over the past two years our lives have changed so much in regards to what Freedom Cars Sydney West have provided and allowed with a helping hand.
I would like to thank a lady named Kylie who I would imagine carry a very, very heavy load in dealing with so many issues from rude customers to court matter and so forth. I totally commend you for your strength, patience and understanding and I hope you and the rest of your amazing family will one day be considered up for a Better Business Award by the State of NSW for providing hope and helping families get back on their feet.
The bottom line is if you sign the contract all you have to do is make the extra effort to make the weekly payment. It's that simple.
Hey guys I still have my can the can of Coke you gave me that says "Share with a Friend" I kept it as a souvenir! It was a motivational reminder of the welcoming I received when I arrived at the Dealership.

Darren and Kylie have been great, i will endorse anyone renting to own a car off these guys, Always there is the car needs to be fixed or serviced, Fast at getting back to me, Keep up the weekly payments and there is no problems at all!! Will defiantly encourage people with bad credit to get a car through Freedom Cars Sydney West !!!
