Review updated based on another move:
One year on I recommended that my daughter, Sara Wright, and her family of five engage a removalist to move house. At first she did not want to do so but I decided to pay for her removal because of my previous experience with AAA which I trusted from personal experience. (see my review above) Sadly and shockingly this time around the experience was nowhere near my experience last year.
It's a long drawn out story however, I could not get Jordan or Sarah from AAA to engage in a phone conversation with me to discuss a discount which was promised to me on the day of moving when their truck could not access the property. Very sad and disappointing. Will not be recommending these guys anymore. Too risky. My trust has gone.response / report this review -

Not happy with the experience of using this company. During the quoting process we advised that we are moving into a place with stairs and we rented the biggest truck with 3 men after consulting with the company. The first 2 hours started off great, but after that they ran out of steam. After this they started complaining and whinging about everything. After arriving at our new place they were even more upset when they found out it was 2 story (which was advised at the time of booking). They ended up flipping all of our furniture over the balcony fence and refused to take certain items up the stairs (even though my partner and I easily did it ourselves) I was sick at the time and still had to end up helping them as they just kept getting slower and slower. We paid a fortune in the end because of how long the move dragged out, plus we had to listen to them complain about things being heavy and too hard. My family ended carrying boxes for them and taking things up the stairs which is what we were paying for a service for! On top of that they pressured a family member to give them a 5 star review on Google, even taking their phone at one point to do it for them. Just so rude. After the job we were contacted by the company to give them a review, we told them all of these things but have heard nothing back. Let's see how it goes now that it is here.

Got dumped by A1 removalists last minute, called AAA. They were very professional and quick. Managed to book me in within 3 hours on the same day, that too Saturday, which is supposed to be busy.
Quality control at AAA called and verified the details which wad impressive.
The movers Andrew and Christian were really good. Meticulous with everything they moved. Wrapped and packed them well in the truck.
Did not waste any time slacking off.
They went to great lengths installing my washing machine. It did not go in the first time. I removed skirting and they tried again.
The best part was the attitude and smiles on their faces. I have moved a few times but I never had movers with such great attitude.

David and his brother from AAA removals did an excellent job moving us into our new home. They were very careful and managed to squeeze some heavy pieces around tight corners! Very happy with everything 👍

I’ve used this company twice and they’ve been great. Liam and team from truck 3 moved everything efficiently and carefully on Sunday. We were very happy that everything went smoothly and would definitely use this company again!!
