  Absolute horrible Customer service , I tried to make an online order through Uber Eats, the rejected my order because they were "too busy" the drivers couldn't be bothered travelling to my address. Even though they could allow other Uber eats driver to deliver the food.
  
  I couldn't order any where else because every other place was closed in my area. (Covid Restrictions so I couldn't travel anywhere as well)
  The Uber app showed that they can deliver at my house, but they refused.
  
  When I called and asked the person to deliver, he was rude and when I asked him for his name, he got upset and told me he will block me on his system.
  
  From my previous experience, the place uses Uber Eats app, however, have their own delivery people who cannot read basic instructions written on the notes.
  
  I wish there was a negative review option.

  I have never encountered a pizza that I couldn't eat because all pizzas are special, even the not so good ones!! PIZZA FOR LIFE!!!

  Pizza's were amazing! It was 10 minutes before closing time but they still took my order and delivered it fresh! I'm about to order again now! Lol 😍🤳🍕

  After reading the negative reviews on this site, I just want to chip in and share a story on how my Pizza Point experience went. So I was ordering 6 family Pizza for myself, it was around nighttime and there were many customers around me. I made my order and the Christine was very kind to me and double checked each item. My orders came in fast, the food was good and I was satisfied with their customer service. I must recommend to go this pizza point for having a great pizza and I would still recommend dining in aswell at St Albans Pizza Point.
