  We hired them for our wedding and had booked them to drop off what we had selected the day before the wedding and to pick it all up the day after.
  
  The flooring for the marquee was extremely damaged and filthy. One of the items was a subwoofer that didn’t even work, multiple items were missing from the order such as door panels for the marquee, lighting and sound system wiring. They assured me that the aforementioned items would be delivered before the day's end, but as the end of the day was approaching I called them again to confirm that they were still coming… they then told me that they would send someone out with the missing items the next day… the day of the wedding… so they did so. And when they came to pick up their things the day after the wedding, they came at the wrong time.
  
  Extremely unprofessional, would not recommend them at all. due to all the above, they made what was meant to be a very special day into an unnecessarily stressful event.

  I dont know if I caught the lady on a bad day but I just wanted to enquire ablut the process and pricing of it all. The lady was SO rude to me over the phone. She was patronizing and condescending it's a shame because all the other reviews I read said the service was good so maybe just a one off?
  
  She took several days to send me through the quote and I ended up choosing Olympic Party hire instead because they were over 100 dollars cheaper. The service was WAY better! Such a shame about that poor experience..

  Hired an array of tables, chairs and wine barrel for my wedding - they arrived in absolutely appalling condition, filthy dirty with rips, dents, rust and food scraps all over. After several phone calls they agreed to send someone out to help clean the products as well as some covers to hide the rusty tables - the covers were dirty and the cleaning member arrived with a cloth but no other cleaning equipment and left 10 minutes later saying ‘that’s all I can do’ with out actually cleaning anything. My Bridal party and I spent the entire day/night before my wedding and the morning of my wedding scrubbing them to try and get them into a less embarrassing state and ended up not using the particularly bad pieces. This was an absolutely horrific experience which was helped very little by the staff members who just did not seem to care about the situation. Would not in a million years recommend to anyone.

  I went to budget party hire for my nephews birthday party. The sales person Sarah was very nice and the party was fantastic. Couldn't be happier with the service!

  Thanks for all your help with our recent wedding on 26th November. Everything was all perfect thanks, from the glasses to the tables chairs and the chair sashes. I could not fault it.
  The staff were fantastic and delivered everything with a minimum of fuss.
  Highly recommended.
