the worst car rental company, they stole 1000 $ from me for an accident I was not responsible for, after 3 years i am still waiting for news. any other company is better of these thieves!!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!!

Hello everyone,

NEVER RENT WITH SPLEND.

I rented vehicle from them for almost 6 months but I had very poor experience with them. I had returned vehicle last month but still they haven't refund my money back. I am waiting for that for 5 weeks. They are big liers.

Attention all drivers, you need to stay away from this firm, they are specialists at making false clams and then trying at charging their drivers for it. In my personal experience Splend has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Dishonest/fraudulent, they also get their employees to register fake accounts on google and Write positive feedback about themselves and that’s a fact. Always make copies of all documents, take pics before and after you return the vehicle, ask for receipts of any repairs that they may of done to a vehicle that they making a claim against. Let’s hope you will not get there in a first place by avoid this fraudulent business operators altogetherthere is plenty others legitimate businesses out there that you can deal with so just do your research Guys and best of luck with everything.

I have been with Splend for nearly four years now as a rent to own member, I never encountered any issue or problem with the company they are always straight forward with no hidden tricks or caches.

They have an amasing pay holiday period that really helps in slow times of the year or whenever you plan for a time off period.

The only downside is there $40 late payment fees whenever payment is late.

I strongly recommend them for new members

Splend has been very professional and helpful. I’ve used their services 3 times in the last 2 years and I’ve never had any issues. Richie there has been super helpful all the times and looked after me and I’m very grateful. Would highly recommend.
