We got a great deal on a new Kia Rio with the team at Phil Gilbert. Matt was the ultimate professional and made the whole process incredibly easy, from booking the test drive and test driving the car on the day, to talking us through the paperwork he was brilliant. We just drove away in our new KIA last week and couldn't be happier.. Our first brand new car ever! Absolutely love the car.
Alain looked after us and got us everything we wanted. Great service, communication, following ups and quick replies back to us the whole way through. We just picked up our new car from Phil Gilbert Kia today!
This is the first time we’ve bought a new car, it was such a great experience! We went to see them in mid November, arriving at 10am and by 12pm we were sold and signed up! Alain and Sara looked after us so well and made us feel confident in them and with our decision. We felt we have been treated with respect and integrity from beginning to end. It was all so easy! Thankyou Alain and Sara, it’s been exciting to pick up our new car today!
