Just purchased a used car through Volvo Five Dock, was served by Rocky Zhang. Rocky's level of service was impeccable and he really took the time to show us what we needed to know about the car (both positives AND the flaws). Very relieving to be treated with some honesty and professionalism in an industry which can sometimes a bit dodgy. Great price, and great service. We have been to numbers of Volvo dealerships and looked at other brands until we met David and Felix, we decided to get the XC90 from them. They are just outstanding and setting a great example for the industry.

The overall sale process is quick and simple, without any hassle or any unnecessary negotiations for the price. Of course we got a great deal but what’s more is the service provided by both of them. You will never find a person taking an hour just to ensure I’m alright with the function of the car after trading hour.

Felix and David have provided us with best Customer Experience and set a new standard in our overall car delivery expectations. The Volvo Five Dock dealership is well designed and meticulously maintained, and both Felix and David were incredibly friendly, professional, honest and transparent in their interactions with us. They both always made themselves available to us whenever we called or visited the dealership.

We visited a number of Car dealerships in last 2 months in search of our new car and the experience we had at Volvo Cars Five Dock truly stands out above the others. Perhaps it is no surprise that we ended up buying a new Volvo XC90 MY21 from them :)

Jerome was absolutely amazing. Never new buying a car could be such fun. He took the time to show me how everything worked, but during the whole process, there was no feeling of a "Hard Sell", which would have turned me off completely. Absolutely love my new XC40, and absolutely loved buying from here.
