Couldn't recommend Sparrows any more highly. We have used their services for 30+ years. Best in the business. 5 Stars

Wonderful caring staff - thank you to Sarah, Carolyn, Barry and staff for caring for my fur family members, Bronte and Stella.
The girls need separating during meal times and upon my return they are both very happy and healthy. Bronte requires epileptic medication at 12 hourly intervals and this was not a problem here (the other kennels they had previously been too would not adhere to this strict medication requirement as it was outside of their business hours)
No such concern or worry at Sparrows - staff constantly reassured us and upon return we can safely say we are delighted.
Thank you so much, we will be back!

Arrived one day early to pick up our Golden Retriever about a year ago from this place and he was extremely lethargic and appeared to have been drugged. Took him to the vet who validated that he had Prozac in his system. I would not send any pet you love here.

My husbands family have been using Sparrows for many years, so the decision to take our Bella there was an easy one.
We actually call it "The Resort" and she loves it there! She gets very excited when we turn into their street, knowing she's in for a holiday!
When we pull up and I let her out of the car, she heads straight down to the reception, wagging and happy.
Picking her up is always a pleasure, our baby is in good condition, smelling good after her bath, and wagging happily!
The staff are friendly and professional and have an obvious affection for our Bella Boo, and I wouldnt take her (or her soon to be brother) anywhere else :)
