I had my bike serviced here and I was really happy with the down to earth approach of the shop. It's audience appears to be families up to serious cyclists with bikes ranging from very cheap up to $5000, but there is a lot to choose from and I get the impression they will treat you well if you're spending $500 or $5000.
I got the bronze bike service, the basics for $69. It was evident they did it properly as I can tell my gears were tuned, my breaks realigned, my suspension works well.
What impressed me the most was that nobody had an attitude or were making me feel bad because I had a modest bike. Some bike shops seem to want to place themselves as if they are the best, and are too good to be dealing with a lower end market.
I spoke to three different staff members and they were all great, all friendly, and when I walked in I was immediately greeted by someone at the back of the room, ready to help me. It was impressive.
Bikes for hire, accessories to buy, bike servicing. These guys are now my local shop and will be my go to place for all my bike servicing. Thanks very much.response / report this review -

I purchased my bike from them and had such unfriendly customer service that they gave me a free service, which was never honoured.
When I did get my bike serviced and asked for it to be cleaned after a 24 hour race they gave it back in a disgusting shape and then claimed I didn't want it cleaned and serviced. $150
Each time you go in there they are unfriendly but they have cheap prices. Steer clear families
To the owner - does that mean you will refund the money I paid and the money I just spent at a much friendlier and more professional bike shop. Super friendly, Super helpful, Super service! Always more than happy to fix me up and get me back on the road ASAP when I pop in for a service or with the odd bike niggle! Just bought my second bike a few days ago at a great price and yeah Can’t recommend these guys highly enough! Thanks Team!!

A great bike store with a large choice of awesome gear. I got an amazing bike at a great price and got brilliant service from guys who have great experience and knowledge. Bike fit was great and professional. A great place to get kitted out. It's a shame the legs won't keep up to he wheels. This guy gives 2 two thumbs up.

Cheap and nasty bikes. Pedal fell off and when I rang customer service the cranky woman denied being at fault and didn't offer any help. Don't get sucked in by the cheap prices

What amazing customer service!!! I ordered 2 bikes at lunchtime by phone and they were delivered that evening fully assembled. Clint was terrific, very knowledgeable gave great advice and a great price too. I didn't even have to go to the store, that's how good this place is. I felt completely comfortable that I was being looked after by phone. My kids love the bikes and so do I. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely first class to deal with. The gomier trike is excellent, so impressed. The girls Malvern star is fantastic. Thank you Clint.

Truly amazing customer service. The level of friendliness and expertise is a very rare combination today. They clearly see the value in giving customers the best possible price too, as it creates long term loyal customers. I couldn't recommend them higher.

After visiting two other bike store, my girlfriend and I both bought bikes here and we love them! The guys knew their stuff, gave excellent advice and a great deal cause we bought two bikes, helmets, locks, lights and phone locking attachments. I love riding into work, it's quicker and I feel happier, great way to start the day.

Good place to buy a bike from. Competitive on price. However, if you want to book in for a service, the staff is rude and have a "I don't care" attitude. If you want a place where you can build a relationship and community don't bother going here.

Took my bike here for repairs and service just before Christmas. Really happy friendly customer service, explained everything they were going to do and quoted me on the spot the cost and assured me they would contact me if any additional charges were needed. Picked the bike up on the day they said it would be ready. Had to borrow a helmet which they were more than happy to lend. Great place guys.. so many other businesses could learn a lot from you.. I'll be back and recommend
