Julie maintains the place very well; all machines are working well, instructions clearly written, and place is always clean and tidy. I always look forward to doing my laundry, either chilling at the available seats in the laundrette while waiting, or going to one of the great cafes nearby.

I don't dig laundry but it's a breeze at this place. Plenty of big modern machines and a bright cheery atmosphere. The lady in charge is super helpful and pleasant.

Really fabulous little business made special by the owner, who is always there at busy times to direct traffic and make sure no-one waits longer than necessary. It's obvious they take pride in the service they provide.

Good Laundrette and facilities, although let down by a very rude and childish owner. I spend at least $50 a week in this laundrette washing towels for my business. firstly the owner asked me not to fold the towels at the dryers, my response was that the tables were too high for me (NOTE THE TABEL NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE IS DIRECTLY NEXT TO THE DRYERS????????) She said I could use the fold down bench next to the large dryers which I use when there (MAY I ADD THIS BENCH IS TOO LOW AND HURTS MY BACK AND IS ALSO DIRECTLY NEXT TO THE DRYERS WHICH I HAVE BEEN TOLD NOT TO FOLD AT???????). Despite this I started to use the fold down bench. I have been to do my laundry this morning and found the bench has had the hooks removed preventing me from assembling it. Julie's attitude towards me as a customer is very immature even more so when I spend a large amount of money in there!!!

What makes it worse is that I go in to do my laundry first thing in the morning when nobody else is using the facilities, so I'm not really sure what your problem is??

Makes doing the laundry quick, easy and fun! Good competitive prices on a range of different sized machines and dryers the Busy Bee is the finest laundromat south of the river. I’ve always found the staff friendly and helpful and the early and late opening hours give me peace of mind. While you’re waiting for your laundry may I recommend checking out the variety of cafes and other establishments along South Terrace!

Awesome laundromat, so many little touches that make it a cut above the 10+ laundromats I have visited around Perth. Julie is so lovely and helpful no matter how busy it gets, and really goes above and beyond. Thank you so much for your stellar customer service! Cannot recommend enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice place to go and do your laundry but don't forget to take $1 coins. Machine won't accept $2 coins. But you may exchange $1 coins with the notes in the laundry itself.

Clean facilities, lovely and very helpful staff, easy parking and perfect location to go for a coffee or walk meanwhile you wait. Soap dispenser and change machine available. Happy laundrying!

Wonderful. Money changer, soap dispenser, many nice washers, even more professional washers (bigger / newer) for more money available. A few chairs and tables and books/magazines/newspapers available.

In sum a very nice place to spend a few hours washing and drying clothes.
