BAD experience, my expensive coat came back with the fur hood ruined badly. Called and asked if they can fix it, a guy called Wayne asked me to leave the coat at the newsagent place where we dropped it off and he will pick it up and inspect. He wasn't even friendly and kept saying there's no way they would ruin it. After few days they still hadn't gotten back to me so I followed up and called. The partner said she's not sure but will ask Wayne, and yet never return my call. Waited for a week and I called back, again the partner talked to me, saying she was informed that I took the coat to a gentleman called Gavin, the supposedly master of dry cleaning in Perth. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE MY COAT WAS!!! and NO ONE ever called me asking me to go see Gavin. And why should I be the one bringing my coat to consult with Gavin?? I believe it was their job to go and do that, not mine. Wayne's partner told me she would call me, but never did. I happened to pass by the newsagent and saw my coat was hanging there, so I picked it up but my husband and I decided not to see this Gavin guy, as we all probably know they wouldn't admit or compensate us. We read a lot of bad reviews everywhere about this place so beware peeps!!

A great local option for dry cleaning. Very friendly staff with prompt service where you can pick up same day at 3 p.m. The price is all so much cheaper than competitors in the area with suits for $25 dry cleaned.
