I paid a lot for a premium 5kw system. The system was not installed properly and only half of the 16 panels were plugged in. Due to NO follow-up service, it operated at half capacity for a year. When I got Solargain out to remedy the situation I was given no apology or explanation, or any follow-up service. I requested the panels be cleaned free of charge to ensure the system was now operating at full capacity. Immediately after the cleaning, a water leak appeared on my lounge room ceiling. I asked Solargain to please check and fix this problem. After being repeatedly fobbed off, I gave up and I had to pay someone to replace the broken roof tile that had caused the leak in my lounge room.

I have had nothing but trouble with the modular system installed by Solargain, this system is supposed to give me a constant monitoring of the system but sadly to often the system goes down on the weekend as it is now and there is nothing you can do, the system also presents a high radio interference noise factor, bad news.
