I received top-notch customer service earlier this week. I had a bit of an involved query and was in the store for about half an hour, all the while being looked after by the same person. I didn't get sidelined while she dealt with other customers, which I thought was most impressive. The issue was sorted to my satisfaction and, even though I didn't spend much during that time, I had a lovely cup of coffee and received advice from staff who really know their stuff.

After moving to smaller digs recently, the shop is a little more personal. Liked having the tasting station at the back of the store. Enjoy going to top up the capsules. Consistently friendly and personable staff.

Preferred the old location and shop fitout. Service is always good though. Nespresso service is very consistent whether you're in France, London or Perth

Probably the only place in Perth with consistent 5-star customer service. Staff are always polite, courteous, helpful and highly professional. Surely they're not from Perth as you don't get that kind of or level of service from anywhere in Perth!

Replacement Whisks

I know I didn't spend a lot buying replacement Whisks, but the customer service I got was old school, it was incredible, They were very polite and helpful. Made chit chat and generally asked about our machine and how we look after it, offered tip as well . What made it even better was, the girl friend got her spend on a brought coffee pods, She was treated the same way.
That's how is should be.
