I cannot recommend Myaree Car Hire enough thanks to their very own superstar Dana! I fly back to Perth every 6 mths & Dana handles all my bookings with absolute professionalism! The hire car is always in the correct pick up location & on time. Recently I had to amend my booking last minute & it was handled with efficiency & a can do attitude. Very disappointed with the customer care and service offered by this company. They knew we were doing a long road trip and had the car for 10 days. Only 300kms into a 600kms road trip we got a flat tyre near Ereabba. There wasn't any information or manuals in the vehicle. We found the spare tyre but it was barely in a usable state. At the nearest public phone box we phoned only to be told that it was our problem as stated in the contract. Then told that there were other customers waiting and they hung up. As interstate visitors we were highly stressed by their attitude and lack of care in any way. We drove cautiously to Dongara but had no luck with a replacement. We continued on to Geraldton and found help at Tyrepower who were shocked at the state of both the spare tyre and the tyre that had gone flat. An extra cost on our holiday, lots of stress and a very late arrival at our destination due to their poor level of tyre maintenance.
We visit family near Myaree regularly but will never hire through this company again.

A great service -Corrina was fantastic and very professional. The truck was excellent and better than expected with tail lift which was handy and all at a great price.

Definitely the go to people for car / truck rentals its all easy and straight forward - compare to other competitors these guys made my life easy MOVING.
