I ordered a pair of Bowers & Wilkins 682 ceiling speakers, which I paid the requested deposit amount. Two weeks later I followed up and was assured that the speakers were on their way. Again, one week later the speakers were on their way. Third time, one week later, ooops "we forgot to order your speakers!. We own the Cannington store as well and they dropped the ball and didnt place the order!" What a joke!!! hahahhaha

Overpriced, awful customer service, staff who care about sales and KPIs. Mislead into thinking I could get a refund on my layby then they told me I had to pay them money for something I never received? Yeah no. Save your cash and go to JB HI FI or Harvey Norman at least their staff are friendly and approachable.

Hi There ! Been shopping there for years and I can tell you true, the Staff are, so,o,o, good. Always very helpful ,friendly and Product Savvy.
My most recent purchase was a, Fetch Mighty T/V , mainly for recording multi channels at the same time as watching another. But also with access to Pay programs if you want and many other features too. I am realy impressed .Great Value to for such a versatile Product .Ted.

Since I first wrote this review I have been back several times and I still think they deserve five stars. They employ young people who are enthusiastic and helpful. Plenty of stock and a good website. Prices OK. What more could you want?

They have a huge range of products and the service is good I had to take back a Chromebook that I bought as a key got stuck and they very efficiently replaced it for me.
