One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Appalling service. My system hasn't worked since mid December and have been trying to get them to fix it (under warranty) since early February. They usually don't answer emails and it takes more than one call to get them to call back - and then little or nothing happens. A tech called out, updated the software on the inverter and left. The system is worse now and they are not answering my emails. Fronius are just as bad - I've emailed them to say I can't get warranty repairs on their inverter because Solargain won't act. Fronius didn't even have the decency to acknowledge that email.

James from Solargain was very professional and informative regarding our solar requirements. We were pleased with their quote after obtaining other quotes. The solar installers were prompt and inclusive to our needs. Would recommend this company. Total satisfaction.

Thank you Solargain - your service has been amazing - we have decided to proceed with your quotation, all thanks to James de Santos.
Also helped a family member also recommended you.
I had very little knowledge of solar panels and James was very professional, knowledgeable and I loved the fact that he was very patient with all my queries.
I will happily recommend you to anyone that needs solar panels!

Solargain have been great throughout the process of choosing my new solar panels. I chose this company out of the ones who quoted for me, because they are very professional , have great word of mouth reviews, and they are accredited by international standards. James de Santos was a pleasure to work with; he was friendly and warm, and answered all my tricky questions easily.

We have just arranged to have our new solar panels installed by Solargain. We didn't feel the need to arrange a second quote because of the expertise and knowledge of James. His presentation and skills in outlining all the benefits of going with Solargain left us with no doubt whatsoever. I look forward to posting more positive feedback after our new system is installed. Well done, James!
