We are so disappointed with our new queen bed( mattress and base) It is much harder than the one in the store and we have had very poor sleep ever since we got it. I wake up with pins and needles in my back and cannot get back to sleep. We were told not to worry that it would soften up but we have not been able to have a good night sleep and it does not appear to be getting any softer. This has been a very expensive mistake. Unfortunately Snooze does not give the 60 days free exchange poilcy that other companies offer. Very disappointing for such a big store. Unlikey to shop here again.
