This orchid farm is worth a visit for any orchid lover. Ring in the morning to make an appointment and obey the "no bag or no entry" signs where you see them. Lisa and Brownyn were extremely helpful with my questions and Wayne responded to my emails when asking for orchid names.

They sent me a Clovia that was squeezed in a box for 4 days, with 5 broken buds, damaged petals and leaves. I payed 30 dollars extra for delivery and that’s what I got. Then one of the owners hung up on me when I was on the phone. They refused to reimburse my money although they admitted that the flower arrived in different conditions than they promoted it.

Three weeks ago I ordered two orchids to be delivered to my place in South Melbourne. I placed my order on a Tuesday and got them the Monday next week, without any sort of notification about the estimate time they would arrive.
I payed 30 dollars extra only to find out that the staff hired Australia Post to deliver my order. Check how much it takes to pay a private carrier, with reliable service, and you’ll see this is overpriced. As everyone knows, there are multiple failures in Australia Post but they still chose them to send a fragile item as two orchids, compressing both flowers into a box filled with paper and my Clovia arrived not only squeezed but also ompletely damage: it had 6 broken buds and damaged leaves. The rest of the buds were squeezed after the trip and had some cuts. I was going to do some photos with the flower but I had to buy an undamaged one from another shop.
When I informed them about what had happened, Lisa informed me that I didn’t deserved a refund. I tried to speak to Wayne on the phone but he hung up on me and refused to pick up the phone. They’re asking me to send them back the damaged flower in order to get a refund, but this can only be to sell it to someone else. Otherwise, why would you claim an item that you know is damaged, can’t be recovered and would be even more damaged after the return trip? Still, I’d do that if they pay me in advance the money they took from
and trust me just I trusted them when I ordered. Anyone who’s in need of evidence I have photos of the flowers and how’s they’ve arrived to my house. I am now placing a complain to the Ombudsman and I definitely recommend that before relying on this people everyone makes sure they’re going to get exactly what they’ve payed for. They scammed me $75 AUD.

New to the area so we wanted to see what was available re orchids. Entered the place and was immediately accosted by staff, who wanted to know what we were doing there!!! Told them to see what they had and was told in no uncertain terms that as we didnt have an appointment that we could have a quick look around and thats it. These people are unreal to say the least. Was told that "the sign says" by appointment but we searched and saw nothing of the sort. Rude, obnoxious and unbelievably non-customer focused. Get a life people as well as some manners.

Checked online. Told open on Friday, so came 80km from Tarneit, to find the place closed. Not impressed.
I did call twice with no answer.

great plants :) very high quality and friendly staff, Wayne is a top grower and will know every question u want to ask, he even has a book to help with your orchid growing needs.Been buying for many years and have never lost a plant with proper care, will never go anywhere else for my orchid needs and or advice.
