On the 15th of July we purchased a Ziegler & Brown inbuilt pellet heater, the salesperson Bari was very helpful and friendly. The following Saturday we picked up the new heater and took it home, as a licensed HVAC technician and installer, I un-boxed the unit and proceeded to install it, we found that the facia panel did not fit correctly and that the unit appeared to be out of square likely due to too much weight stacked on top in storage or during transit from the factory. The unit also failed to work correctly with loud vibrations from the fan and overfeeding of pellets. We removed the unit and contacted BBQ/G to organize a warranty replacement. After another week of waiting the new unit came in, we took the faulty unit back and un boxed the new unit to ensure it was in good condition prior to taking home, this unit was in better condition however it had a manufacturing error which resulted in the burn pot not fitting into its housing, the heater would not have worked with this fault, I mean seriously Ziegler & Brown, do you actually quality control your products or simply slap your name on a generic Chinese product and call it yours???? We are now waiting yet AGAIN for a replacement unit all the while suffering with the cold due to no heating. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! We will be demanding a full refund if the next replacement is not up to snuff! This sort of bad manufacturing and/or handling should not exist in this day and age!

Realistically, for me at least, it didn't matter how much I tried to bargain, the price was the price. So be it, however these days we all expect a bargain or two but you won't find such a thing at this establishment.

One thing's for sure about Barbecues Galore, they don't sell junk, just good quality kit. Everything you need for a back yard bbq is there from chairs and outdoor furniture to various fittings, obviously a range of bbq's and more.
