My cat has just stayed at SmallPaws and I couldn't be happier. The staff are amazing and are real animal lovers. They kept me updated and attended to all my cat's needs. My cat will definitely be staying there again.

The team at Small Paws are very professional in their dealings with clients and respond promptly to all enquiries. They provide a wonderful, caring environment for our much loved pets which is very reassuring. My cat Molly has boarded with Small Paws on 2 occasions and has 2 future stays booked. I can relax knowing she is safe and well cared for when I'm away.

After staying overnight for the first time I went to fetch my Pup, put him down on the ground to attach the lead and he took off straight back to play! That is a sure sign of a happy dog!

Love Small Paws! The staff are incredible, going above and beyond to ensure that my mini Dachshund is comfortable and loved. My mini D has some anxiety issues and Small Paws cater the experience to her needs. Plenty of love and attention; exercise on beautiful grass areas and sleep time in clean, designer rooms. The best bit?! Dogs are separated onto play areas based on their temperament so my little girl only plays with dogs that will keep her feeling happy and not overwhelmed.
And there’s more! They send me photo and video updates while I am away, so I know everything is alright.
An exceptional service and experience for any small dog.

Best boarding facility ever! Lovely caring staff. They even managed to get my super reclusive cats out of hiding & into the catnip garden! An absolute first! My little dog loves it there too

If you really care about your pets, you must avoid this place. I left my cat with them for several months. They completely ignored the fact that the cat got sick and lost appetite, and let him starve himself. So these guys don't monitor neither amount of food eaten nor weight of the animals. The cat clearly starved for a month or even longer. They didn't notice that he went from overweight to extremely underweight condition. The starvation resulted in hepatic lipidosis, which is a serious life-threatening condition. I paid 9k in vet bills and spent two months not showing up in my office and nursing my boy as he required intensive care after 2 weeks at the hospital. What was the reaction of small paws on that? They responded as a driver who hits a pedestrian and flees from the scene. They showed no compassion, they didn't offer any help with nursing, they didn't offer a refund for the stay, their insurance agent called me to insult my accent and offered only 50% of the vet bills for starving my cat to almost dying! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! NAME AND SHAME IT TO YOUR FRIENDS!!!

I couldn't speak more highly of SmallPaws. I left both my cat and dog there over the last few weeks and the staff treated them like they were part of the family.
Both came home happy and healthy (my dog didn't want to leave!)
I am so relieved to have found somewhere to look after my babies when we have to go away. It is total peace of mind.response / report this review -

We had such a wonderful experience at SmallPaws. My cat is so loved and spoilt and I was so worried about leaving her. We used Smallpaws in May for three weeks and my cat came home happy and content. I rang nearly every day to check on my cat and the girls were always happy to update me. I highly recommend this cattery.

I have been taking my dogs to Small Paws Pet Hotel for over 17 years (two lots of dogs) and I just love this place. The team are very caring and just love the dogs. Very clean and spacious. Love the internal play area for when it rains. I would recommend Small Paws Pet Hotel over and over.

My cat came home so happy and relaxed after her stay at Smallpaws. She normally doesn't go that well in cattery's but when I picked her up she was surprisingly really happy and settled. Thanks girls you do a great job!
