  My carer had a bad experience in mid December '18 and vowed to never go back to shop at this Pharmacy, unfortunately she couldn't avoid going into the store today as she was needing Asthma Equipment, the only two women staff members on, and the male chemist in his Pharmaceutical preparation area behind the counter typing on his computer, my carer was approached by a woman called Judy, she snarled 'what do you want' , carer told her, and she,( Judy) wrote down on paper that she needed a Ventolin Grey Puffer , Judy passed the paper to the Pharmacist who was still typing, carer waited over 15 minutes, the other female staff member said to my carer , 'what are you waiting for ' carer told her the item, and same woman asked 'whos it for' the carer said Kelly Castle, this woman then went to fetch the puffer , came back straight away put it in a bag, she said to my carer that'll be $8.00.then seemed to throw down the puffer onto the counter top it making a loud clunck, carer picked up the item payed the $8.00.to the woman , turning to walk away my carer said' what a rude person you are I won't be coming back here because youse are all rude and arrogant, it's the worst Chemist in Port Pirie, my carer then left the store .

  Was a great friendly pharmacy a year ago..
  Now it seems the staff have no knowledge in the medications.. Any! One pharmacist on.
  Usual wait time gone from 5 minutes to 1/2 hour
  Ten employees wandering around serving bumping into each other while there's only 2 registers. I never look forward to going to this chemist

  Beautiful well placed establishment with great customer service always polite and helpful and if something is not in stock always willing to get the product or send you in the right direction to obtain it a beautiful group of ppl with great friendly helpful welcoming customer service every day they are open pleasant attitudes and service with a smile a fantastic establishment with the customers health and needs at the forefront every time
