After sales service has gone since Malcolm went doing other things.
We have spend a considerable amount of money with them and now they don't seem to care. Had a problem with a door lock and rang for information via phone. The man we spoke to was hard to understand so requested instructions on how to remove the lock, email supplied for them to send the instructions. NO email returned, had to go to Port Pirie so I dropped in to see why it was not sent. Spoke to reception and the foreman was contacted and he replied it bounced backDON'T THINK SO! I left the address with the young lady who was getting them to resend the email. Still waiting. So that's their attitude.they have now lost a customer, and I will not recommend them.

Not helpful at all, got bench top in two pieces second piece didn’t match when quite easily could of , been into shop five times asking for the piece cut out from sink to match tiles too, said they would chase up and ring us, never happened,on fifth time they give us a off cut that is Matt when we have gloss, .. would not recommend
